Registration Guideline

On-line registration is available till February 28(Wed), 2018.

  • After the deadline, on-line registration will not be available.
  • An email address is required upon registration.
  • A letter of confirmation will be forward to this address upon receipt of payment and submitted registration.
  • Please present this letter of confirmation when checking in at the meeting registration desk.
  • All presenters, chairman and panels should register via online and will be provided hotel accommodation.
    (Please let us know your itinerary in advance)

  • Requesting by phone/fax is not accepted.
    Refunds are processed in 2 weeks conference schedule.
  • Cancellation by 20 April 2018 : Reimbursement after deducting $100
    Cancellation after 20 April 2018 : No refund
