All adopted presenters registration fee will be waived.


Young Investigator Award(YIA)

This award will be judged by the Scientific Committee and Session chairs which will select 4 best of meeting abstracts. Best of abstract winners benefit from the following.

  • Adopted four oral presenter will have the opportunity to presentation at the podium.
    (max. 15 minutes with max)
  • Four YIA oral presenters will be awarded a $ 500 prize and certificated.
  • An additional $ 500 is awarded to the best presenter of the four presenters.

Poster displays

Poster Printing

  • Presenting authors should print their physical poster based on the requirements listed in the sections above. ECHO ASIA 2018 Secretariat does not print posters on behalf of presenters. (Printing size W 35 inch X H 47 inch)

Format and Required Information

Poster material should be well labeled and legible from a distance of 10 to 15 feet. The title should be the same as the title submitted with the abstract and appear in boldface at the top. For additional text, use standard American Medical Association (AMA) title case. Nouns, pronouns, verbs, and other important words begin with uppercase letters; coordinating conjunctions, articles, and prepositions of 3 letters or fewer should all be in lowercase letters unless they are the first or last words in a title or subtitle.


Information for Presenters

  • Presentation must be provided in a version of Mircrosoft Powerpoint.
  • Preview station will be located on the First floor at Haevichi hotel Grand ballroom.
    - Operating hour : May 24 (Thur) ~ May 26 (Fri) / 07:00 ~ 16:00

    Please hand in the presentation files on USB memory stick to staff at pre-registration(at least 1 hour prior to start of the session).
    Please ensure that the presentation is needed to be the same as your abstract.
  • Please use the mouse on the podium to move the presentation slide back and forth.
  • It is necessary that all speakers visit the Preview station in advance of their presentation to check and test your presentation files. (The speakers are advised to be 2 hours earlier to the start of the session to check video and sound with a technician)
